Must Have:
  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with TMCs and leisure travel agencies across Malaysia.
  • Lead commercial discussions including negotiations, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify, influence, and close new business opportunities to expand Sabre’s agency footprint.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Leverage market intelligence to guide account strategy and competitive positioning.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the travel industry.
  • Deep understanding of GDS platforms, agency operations, and trends in corporate and leisure travel.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence across functions and client organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

As a Senior Sales & Account Management Specialist focused on Malaysia, you will manage a portfolio of TMCs and leisure travel agencies. You will be responsible for driving customer success, accelerating adoption of Sabre’s solutions and leading commercial activities that create long-term value. This role requires strong relationship management, strategic selling expertise and a deep understanding of the travel agency landscape.
