Job Description

Sabre is a technology company powering the global travel industry with next-generation solutions. This Senior Sales Executive role focuses on acquiring new offline travel industry clients in the Benelux region, building strategic pipelines, and negotiating contracts to increase revenue. The position requires identifying commercial needs, developing appropriate solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. The executive will also provide accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product strategy.
Must Have:
  • Assure the procurement of new offline travel industry clients in the remit, the lead generation and the sourcing of prospective clients
  • Accountable for building new pipeline of strategic conversion opportunities, aligning with country leader
  • Negotiate contracts directly with customers and prospects to increase revenues
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities across the region from prospecting potential partners to successfully driving those relationships to formal contracts
  • Identifying the commercial needs of prospective clients with a view to developing appropriate solutions that provide a targeted ROI to Sabre
  • Provide a consultative sales approach and build long term strategic relationship
  • Lead an effective sales management approach to provide current and accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts to support business growth and ensure all databases are kept up to date - with relentless focus on pipeline management
  • Interact with cross-functional teams, including product, support, marketing,... involved in market-related projects
  • Maintain market and competitor intelligence and develop proactive strategies to ensure Sabre's competitiveness in the market
  • Collate market requirements for input into the product strategy development process
  • Create, develop and maintain structured relationships with key decision-makers within the Offline sector and broader Travel industry
  • Solid business development experience in a business driven by aggressive sales targets
  • Extensive experience of managing, negotiating and executing deals, with proven track record in new commercial sales, selling or promoting technology solutions
  • Extensive understanding of the Benelux offline travel industry landscape including competitive information, key trends, opportunities and threats, and of the travel distribution industry and/or IT
  • Demonstrable history of sales success from complex technical sales propositions
  • Commercial and business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking & relationship building skills
  • Key customer collaboration & engagement for securing strategic sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
