The Sr. Engineer - Studio Operator - Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support to the software suite, including Cloud Platform, Analytics, OpenStack, and Conductor. This role involves in-depth log debugging and analysis, supporting customer KPIs and SLAs, software upgrades and patching, and emergency recovery for outages. The engineer will maintain customer lab environments, mentor and train others, and create technical content for the knowledge base. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage numerous customer issues simultaneously.
