As our first dedicated Partner Marketing Manager in the Americas at Databricks, you will establish the foundation for scalable partner marketing programs across our fastest-growing region. Reporting to the Sr. Group Manager, AMER Programs, you will serve as the critical bridge between global partner marketing, Americas field marketing, and regional sales teams to architect and operationalize marketing programs that drive measurable demand and thought leadership through our cloud, ISV, and SI partner ecosystem.
As our first Americas partner marketing hire, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape how Databricks approaches partner marketing in our largest region. You'll work at the intersection of high-growth technology, strategic partnerships, and data-driven marketing to build programs that directly impact our business growth and partner success.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
