Sr. Infrastructure Software Engineer (ASE Infra Hardware)

We are looking for a creative, versatile, and passionate engineer to join as a member of ASE Infrastructure Hardware team. This team builds and provisions, and decommissions the bare-metal hardware across Apple’s global data centers — turning raw hardware into ready-for-production resources that scale with Apple’s needs. You will design, build, and maintain internal tools that empower engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and manage infrastructure at scale. You’ll play a key role in improving operational efficiency and platform reliability through automation and intelligent tooling. Your engineering will impact hundreds of millions of users and be essential to the success of some of the most visible current and future Apple features. The successful candidate must have experience in software development, distributed systems, and write robust, maintainable code with strong test coverage. They must have experience leading projects to deliver on time and in fast-changing environments. They must have some experience working across multiple timezones to deliver and launch production-changing projects.
