This role ensures that PayPal senior leadership is able to experience a frictionless technology experience regardless of where they are located. Whether its device support, meeting support, or ensuring success of larger events like board meetings and all hands, this role is critical to ensuring our executives have what they need to be productive and experiencing zero loss time due to technical issues. Your impact will be in managing a global team with consistency in delivery and providing hands on support as needed in high visibility and criticality situations.

Your day to day:

In your day to day role you will handle hands on support tasks for PayPal Executives. You will manage a team of technicians, their deliverables, and serve as the escalation point for urgent needs. You will assist the Live Events team with certain aspects of event support for the executive(s) at your work location. You may be required to travel in support of our executives for various offsite meetings, board meetings, or other summits or conferences.
