Our client, Australia's fastest-growing conveyancing firm, is seeking a Conveyancer to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish. The role involves delivering outstanding client service, ensuring compliance with property law, and handling various matters including sales, purchases, and transfers. Must Have
- Manage diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
- Deliver outstanding service to clients and ensure compliance
- Manage residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, off-the-plan, transfers)
- Provide accurate advice on property transactions and legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with property law, regulations, and procedures
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy
- Deliver high standards of client service and maintain professional, ethical practice
- 2+ years of experience as a Conveyancer managing residential transactions
- Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Proficiency with case management systems such as TriConvey or Smokeball

About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, delivering outstanding service to clients and ensuring compliance at every stage.
Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, off-the-plan, and transfers
- Providing accurate advice to clients on property transactions and legal requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
- Handling multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy
- Delivering high standards of client service and maintaining professional, ethical practice
- Using case management systems such as TriConvey or Smokeball (desirable)
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in conveyancing with a track record of managing residential transactions
- Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to clients
- Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency with case management software (TriConvey/Smokeball desirable)
- A professional, client-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
