The PayPal Complete Payments Platform (PPCP) is the power behind our partners' payment solutions, from the largest global commerce platforms and marketplaces to up-and-coming startups. We're launching a new era of growth for PPCP by uniting our payment brands with a wealth of payment options, risk and experience tools, and cutting-edge monetization experiences. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for hybrid path to lead in this new era of growth.

As the Senior Product Manager for the hybrid path, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global commerce solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering a hybrid path solution encompassing onboarding, payment processing, fund disbursement, and expansion into new markets. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including partner sales, design, engineering, and marketing—to develop and deploy solutions that address the evolving needs of our partners and customers.

As a strategic and results-driven PM, you will play a crucial role in the next phase of growth for the PayPal Commerce Platform (PPCP). With exceptional leadership skills and deep understanding of the payments and commerce landscape, and efforts will drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, you will look to establish PayPal as a leader in the payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement solutions for partners involving commerce platforms, marketplaces, and PSPs. These solutions incorporate hybrid path solutions and other business model variations to optimize payment and commerce offerings within partner channels. Lead adoption of PPCP Hybrid Path solution globally working closely with partner sales, inside sales, professional services, and GTM teams. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to help execute go-to-market plans for new products and ensure that all products are effectively marketed and sold to target customers. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this information to inform product strategy and decision-making. Synthesize product insights with input from Sales, GMS, CSM/PSM and Customers to help drive product roadmap. Drive market research and learning plans to identify new opportunities and trends in the partner products space and use this information to inform the product roadmap and product strategy. Develop and drive a globally consistent strategic and technical planning process for sales and product that includes competitive assessment, differentiation, and GTM execution. Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, marketing, business administration) 7+ years of experience in product management, insights and operations, especially for Payments and/or eCommerce products. Strong understanding of the partner products space, and experience developing and launching successful partner-facing products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization including senior executives at Partners. Strong ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration in multiple geographies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively prioritize tasks. Proven track record of delivering products on-time, within budget, and to a high level of quality. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is
