Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner – Remote (12-Month Contract)

We are currently partnering with a global biopharmaceutical company to hire a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner for a fully remote, 12-month contract opportunity.

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping recruitment strategies, partnering with leadership, and driving talent acquisition efforts for key roles within the organization. This is a unique opportunity to work with a renowned industry leader in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including complex and leadership-level roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic talent planning, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor on talent needs and market trends.
  • Use recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to craft competitive total compensation packages, ensuring offers are in line with market trends and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and advocate for best practices in recruitment processes.
  • Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, representing the company at industry events and external networking opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for senior and leadership-level roles.
  • Expertise in developing and nurturing external networks and talent pipelines across diverse sourcing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to leverage social media, job boards, and networking platforms effectively to attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of overcoming objections and closing candidates in a competitive market.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with an ability to build relationships and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions (up to 25) while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to drive outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-life cycle recruitment experience within a biotech, pharmaceutical, corporate, or agency environment.

(To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.)
