Everyday Health Consumer is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage accounts for top health and pharmaceutical brands in digital marketing. This role involves partnering with the Sales Team as the primary client contact, managing expectations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on campaign initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in digital media client relationships, possessing strong attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and Everyday Health’s product offerings
  • Generate compelling media plans aligned with client KPIs
  • Manage campaigns, including client requests and updating internal teams on statuses
  • Process contracts and reconcile billing monthly
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years relevant work experience at a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech company
  • Previously served as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Experience developing media plans
  • Experience processing insertion orders
  • Experience collaborating with internal finance teams
  • Proactive, results-focused, initiative-taker, detail-oriented, creative thinker and team player

Everyday Health Consumer is seeking an Account Manager to oversee accounts for the industry’s top health and pharmaceutical brands in the digital marketing space. In this role, you will partner with the Sales Team to serve as clients’ primary point of contact, managing client expectations and partnering with internal stakeholders across campaign-specific initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing client relationships in digital media - at an online publisher, in a media buying/planning role, etc. Close attention to detail and wanting to be part of a highly collaborative team is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, Sales and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are set up to meet and exceed client objectives and performance goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and a strong knowledge of Everyday Health’s product offerings
  • Generate compelling media plans that align with client KPIs and manage campaigns by ensuring all program requirements are documented, communicated, and understood by all cross-functional groups
  • Manage your campaigns, including aiding client requests and updating internal teams on campaign and project statuses
  • Process contracts and reconcile billing on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years relevant work experience at a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech company
  • Previously served as the primary point of contact for clients with demonstrated communication skills
  • Experience developing media plans, processing insertion orders, and collaborating with internal finance teams
  • Proactive – results-focused, initiative-taker, detail-oriented, creative thinker and team player
  • Capable of managing workload against deadlines - the ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal intervention
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience with, or interest in, the healthcare industry a plus

The Company provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
