You will be instrumental in ensuring alignment across teams and delivering strategic impact. Responsibilities include strategic partnership, incubation and execution of new opportunities, stakeholder management, project management of key initiatives, and driving measurable business outcomes for Gojek's growth.

About The Role
As a Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Gojek Strategy and senior leadership to help strategize and implement new business opportunities and changes across Gojek’s various business lines. This role involves contributing to the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives - from ideation and planning to execution and transition into business-as-usual (BAU) operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring alignment across teams and delivering strategic impact.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Head of GoJek Strategy and senior leadership to help identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for growth and improvement across GoJek’s business lines.
- Incubation & Execution: Support the incubation process by evaluating new opportunities, developing business cases, building forecasts, and ensuring the smooth operational setup of new initiatives. Work closely with relevant teams to transition successful initiatives to BAU operations.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as a key partner to the Head of Gojek Strategy, working with various internal and potentially external teams to ensure alignment on strategic direction. Communicate effectively across the organization, managing diverse viewpoints and ensuring clear messaging and alignment.
- Project Management: Manage the execution of key strategic initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within on target, and with the right resources. Address any challenges and risks that arise during project execution.
- Impact Delivery: Drive initiatives that contribute to Gojek's growth, ensuring that they produce measurable business outcomes and align with long-term company goals.
What You Will Need
- Experience: 4-10 years of experience in strategy and/or consulting (preferably from a top-tier consulting firm).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, focusing on high-impact opportunities.
- Business Case Development: Strong experience in developing data-driven business cases and communicating their value to senior leadership.
- Proactive & Self-Driven: Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to inform decision-making and measure initiative success. You will need to build analytical models, derive insights, and preparepresentations.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with experience working across teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
