Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the supply and demand planning of semiconductor IC products to ensure timely customer delivery and meet revenue targets. This involves rationalizing demand forecasts, collaborating with sales and marketing, and overseeing outsource manufacturing partners. Key duties include monitoring material and capacity requirements, resolving supply constraints, managing inventory, and supporting new product introductions to maintain an efficient and low-cost supply chain.

• Rationalize demand forecasts and collaborate with Sales & Marketing
• Manage outsource manufacturing partners for production orders
• Generate and monitor material, capacity, and build plan schedules
• Resolve supply constraints with partners and suppliers
• Manage inventory, Excess and Obsolescence, and operational metrics
• Manage customer expedites and push out
• Support planning and introduction of new products

Job Description:

• Responsible for Supply Demand Planning of Semiconductor IC products to meet customer delivery and product revenue
• Rationalize demand forecasts and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve forecasting accuracy for production planning purposes
• Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders
• Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
• Resolve supply constraints with outsource manufacturing partners (Foundries/CMs) and material suppliers to avoid any delivery issues
• Manage piece part, finished goods Inventory, Excess and Obsolescence and other critical operational metrics to drive a low-cost and efficient supply chain while maximizing revenue
• Manage customer expedites and push out
• Support the planning and introduction of new products
