Join Toptracer as a Support Engineer, a key role in our global software and installation support division. You will provide expert technical assistance for Toptracer Range technology to customers and colleagues, manage issue escalations, and ensure clear communication on progress and impact. This role involves engaging with the global community to enhance customer experience and contributing to a dynamic team revolutionizing golf.
Must have:
  • Serve as a Toptracer Range technology expert
  • Offer technical assistance and issue resolution
  • Act as a liaison for escalations to development or other business units
  • Assist international customers, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Assess issue progress, risk, and impact for all stakeholders
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar technical support environment
  • Comfortable with command line applications
  • Experience in Linux and Ubuntu environments
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to work within a team structure
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Exceptional communication skills
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in supporting international customers
  • Clear understanding of risk assessment and impact analysis
  • Proven ability to build and maintain an internal knowledge base

THE POSITION

Join our Support Team as a Support Engineer and become a key figure in our global software and installation support division. As a Support Engineer, you'll immerse yourself in the world of Toptracer Range technology, providing expert assistance to both customers and colleagues facing various technical challenges.

Responsibilities: Expert Technical Support: Serve as a Toptracer Range technology expert, offering technical assistance, issue resolution, and acting as a liaison for escalations to development or other business units.

Global Support: Assist international customers, ensuring clear and effective communication on issue progress, risk assessment, and impact analysis for all stakeholders.

Community Engagement: Engage with the global community, contributing positive suggestions to enhance the customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar technical support environment.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with command line applications, experience in Linux and Ubuntu environments.

Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and proactively as well as within a team structure.

Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English, with exceptional communication skills for internal and external correspondence.

Preferred Experience or Background:

Customer-Centric Approach: Prior experience in supporting international customers with a clear understanding of risk assessment and impact analysis.

Knowledge Management: Proven ability to build and maintain an internal knowledge base for efficient knowledge sharing.

Innovative Mindset: Actively contribute to the global community with positive suggestions to elevate the customer experience.

Passion for Golf: Enthusiasm for golfing or an interest in the sport is a plus!
