Manage and track projects in embedded software development for NXP SoCs that focus on automotive products.
Manage a team of highly skilled architects, technical experts, software engineers as well as validation teams to meet the project goals and commitments.
Work as a Scrum master when needed for 1-2 Agile scrum teams; manage planning, tracking and delivery, actively participating in roll out of SAFE practices.
Drive highly technical stakeholder communications and manage expectations/commitments.
Partner with Multi-site & multicultural teams around the globe

Your profile

To be successful in this role you MUST have:

Well experienced in Project Management as well as Resource Management managing software teams of 10 or more people in high technology areas.
About 15 years of hands-on embedded software development, preferably in the semiconductor industry
About 5 years of experience in technical leadership, creating and managing software teams across geographies that deliver product-quality software, while also fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
About 2 years of experience in leading projects with Agile/Scrum methodology
Qualified to lead software architecture, design and implementation activities in embedded software for products in a semiconductor environment.
Established credentials in managing a strong process-based development methodology, continuous change management towards improvement, extensively working with SDLC (Waterfall as well as SAFE Agile models).
Expert level knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologies/project management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled software engineers.

Furthermore, it would be a definite plus if you are/have:

Well versed with Automotive software development processes like ASPICE or Automotive Functional Safety
Experience in automotive industry with focus on radio or radar systems.

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
