Job Summary
Job Description
This System Engineering Intern role at Philips in Shenyang involves assisting the technical team with translation consistency, preparing requirement documentation, ensuring traceability of specifications, and maintaining content consistency between system and Word files. The intern will also support CT system design-related documentation. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, be proficient in English with a CET-6 certificate, and be available to work 3-5 days per week for a minimum of 3 months, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
Must have:
- Assist with translation consistency checks
- Prepare requirement documentation
- Prepare traceability of requirement specifications
- Ensure consistency of requirement content in system and Word files
- Assist with CT system design documentation
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Available 3-5 days/week for minimum 3-month internship
- Possess CET-6 certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Your role:
1. Assist technical publication team to check the consistency of the translation
2. Assist system engineer to prepare the requirement documentation
3. Assist system engineer to prepare the traceability of requirement specification
4. Assist system engineer to ensure the consistency of content of requirement in system and word file.
5. CT system design related documentation assistant.
