Job Summary
Job Description
KRAFTON is seeking a Systems & Policy Manager, IP Governance to protect and expand its IPs. The role involves understanding and managing KRAFTON's IPs, establishing IP-related contracts and guidelines, developing policies for IP utilization, and fostering high-level strategic partnerships. The role requires conducting research, interviewing stakeholders, gathering and classifying system content, documenting user agreements, and uploading and reviewing system content. This role is integral to the IP Governance team's mission of systematically managing and protecting KRAFTON's intellectual property.
Must have:
- Interest in protecting and managing intangible assets.
- Interest in and understanding of content.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise documents.
- Business English communication (written & verbal).
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
Good to have:
- Understanding of policies and systems in large content companies.
- Basic understanding of game development and publishing.

우리 팀은 크래프톤 IP 현황을 다양한 각도에서 파악을 하고, 관리를 체계화 하고 있습니다. 이에 관련하여 다음과 같은 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.
- 정책 수립을 위해 리서치 및 관련 실무자 인터뷰 진행
- 시스템의 대상 콘텐츠 (무형자산, 문서 등)의 취합, 정리, 그리고 분류 작업
- 시스템 사용자 약관 및 가이드 문서화
- 시스템 콘텐츠 업로드 및 검수

- 무형자산의 보호와 관리에 대해 관심이 많으신 분
- 콘텐츠 (게임, 영상물, 음악, 웹툰, 도서 중 1가지 이상)에 대한 관심과 이해가 깊으신 분
- 다양한 이해관계자와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 가독성 높은 문서를 능숙하게 작성할 수 있는 능력
- 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 (Written & Verbal)
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
