As a Small Medium / Mid-market Business (SMB) Account Executive, you will engage with existing customers and identify new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform and AI. You will build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and decision-makers, helping customers realize their potential value. Responsibilities include orchestrating new business development, nurturing client relationships, crafting tailored solutions, devising strategic sales plans, and managing your sales pipeline effectively.
