We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a multinational environment. This role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities include leading a team of 4–5 members, supporting process improvements, automation, and financial planning initiatives, and ensuring effective internal financial controls.

Must Have:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
  • 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting
  • Experience in multinational organizations and cross-border financial operations
  • Proven team management experience (leading 4-5 members)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage accounting activities, ensuring adherence to GAAP/IFRS and company policies
  • Oversee end-to-end financial transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities
  • Prepare MIS, monthly financial reports, and cash flow forecasts
  • Lead annual account preparation and coordinate with statutory, internal, and external auditors
  • Handle transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, forex management, and consolidations
  • Supervise and guide a team of 4-5 finance professionals

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting activities, ensuring adherence to GAAP/IFRS and company policies.
  • Oversee end-to-end financial transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
  • Prepare MIS, monthly financial reports, and cash flow forecasts to support management decision-making.
  • Lead annual account preparation and coordinate with statutory, internal, and external auditors.
  • Handle transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, forex management, and consolidations.
  • Support Finance Controller in developing financial and budgetary policies.
  • Ensure effective internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and guide a team of 4–5 finance professionals.
  • Prepare and deliver financial presentations and analysis for leadership.
  • Work with ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite or similar) and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
