Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment operations, directly contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process. The successful candidate will drive key processes such as interview coordination, requisition management, and candidate pre-hire activities, leveraging the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows and support hiring objectives within APAC. This position will support commitment to providing an exceptional experience for both hiring leaders and candidates, fostering a streamlined and compliant hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones by partnering with internal teams and scheduling resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and managing scheduling logistics.
- Communicate interview schedules to participants and troubleshoot any technical or scheduling challenges that arise.
- Oversee requisition management for contingent workforce needs, providing support to external vendors and handling recruitment administrative tasks.
- Manage the pre-hire process, including background verifications, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
- Amplify talent brand through social media job promotion and employer branding efforts.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required by evolving business needs.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Skills knowledge and experience:
Essential:
- 1-3 years proven background in HR administration/recruitment with a focus on quality, accuracy and customer services.
- 1-3 years previous experience working within in a fast paced, large-scale organization with a complex structure.
- Willingness to work in US overlapping hours from India
- Adaptability to work partially from office and partially from home
- Previous experience posting roles on job boards for USA
- Previous experience conducting candidate searches using Boolean
- Previous experience of working recruitment agents; sourcing and screening candidates.
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and general CV databases.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to work with all levels of the organization demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to write clear and concise communications in a corporate. environment including emails and adverts for urgent vacancies.
- Competent user of Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must have previous experience using systems to complete processes and track data.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in a high volume, pressurized environment and delivering required tasks within deadlines to a high standard.
- Experience of working for an Engineering, Transportation or Technology business.
- Experience using and/or knowledge of HR/recruitment system Workday.
- Previous experience using SAP.
Education qualifications and personal qualities
- College Degree will be highly desirable.
- Highly numerate and able to create and adapt reports in Excel, exercising a strong commercial mindset. Personable and able to work as part of a small team.
