Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, managing full-cycle hiring for key roles, optimizing ATS and recruitment tools, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires a focus on candidate-centric processes and a strong understanding of employer branding. Must have:
  • 4-6 years of TA experience in tech/product/gaming.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in ATS (LinkedIn, Lever) and social media.
  • Focus on candidate-centric recruitment.
  • Five-day on-site work schedule in Leamington Spa.

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team.
 
We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to build and scale our hiring engine during a high-growth phase. You'll work closely with leadership and department heads to attract the best talent across. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Build scalable hiring processes and strong talent pipelines.
    • Lead full cycle hiring for key roles across departments.
    • Optimise ATS and recruitment tools for efficiency and insights.
    • Track and improve core metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance.
    • Ensure a strong candidate experience and consistent employer branding.
    • Create hiring toolkits and coach managers on interview best practices.
    • Run referral programs, campaigns, and talent marketing initiatives.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
    • Collaborate with HRBPs, L&D, and other stakeholders on talent needs.
    • Manage external recruitment partners and vendors.

Requirements

    • 4–6 years of TA experience in a tech/product/gaming company.
    • Demonstrated strength in organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in ATS platforms (like LinkedIn, Lever) and social media platforms
    • Focused on building a candidate-centric recruitment process that reflects the company’s values.
    • This role is based in our Leamington Spa office with a five-day on-site work schedule.
