Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Make, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and develop strategies for attracting high-performing talent across Product, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, Data, and Customer Care teams in Prague, Madrid, and other locations. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering), ensuring a positive candidate experience, tracking recruiting metrics, providing data-driven insights, and championing Make's company culture. You'll need strong talent acquisition experience, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This is a fixed-term contract with the potential for extension.

We’re seeking a people-savvy Talent Acquisition Partner (fixed term contract with opportunity for extension). Your focus will be on recruiting for the Product, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, Data, and Customer Care teams in our Prague and Madrid hubs, as well as other key locations. What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Talent Partner: collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, define roles, and develop hiring strategies that attract high-performing talent.
  • Manage the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: From sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering, you’ll handle it end-to-end ensuring every step reflects our brand and values.
  • Deliver a Top-Notch Candidate Experience: Keep candidates excited, informed, and engaged throughout the hiring process. We want every interaction to feel personalized and seamless.
  • Bring Data-Driven Insights: Track recruiting metrics and provide insights that help optimise and refine our hiring process.
  • Be a Culture Champion: Ensure every new hire aligns with our values and can thrive within our unique culture.
