As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in scaling the teams that make our groundbreaking technology possible. You will take the lead on select searches across hardware (mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls), manufacturing, and other critical corporate and operational functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, shape search strategies, and find creative ways to engage top talent. This is a 6-month contract with a high probability of extension.
Good To Have:
  • Exposure to robotics, ML/AI, or research hiring is a plus, not a requirement
Must Have:
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with hiring managers to fill hardware, manufacturing, and corporate roles efficiently and thoughtfully
  • Source creatively and proactively, going beyond job postings and LinkedIn to uncover talent through alternative channels
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout every stage of the process
  • Maintain organized, data-driven workflows in our ATS (Lever) and collaborate closely with the broader People & Talent team
  • Bring structure, curiosity, and continuous improvement to how we hire as we continue to grow
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in hardware, manufacturing, or deep tech environments
  • Experience with either hardware and/or manufacturing hiring is a must
  • Track record of building pipelines from scratch and finding passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
  • Experience supporting corporate or operations searches (for example, finance, supply chain, people ops, facilities)
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike
  • Excellent sourcing, research, and outreach skills with curiosity to experiment and improve
  • Capable of managing multiple searches across disciplines with speed, creativity, and precision
  • Clear, proactive communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
Perks:
  • Market-leading compensation package
  • Competitive salaries
  • Equity stakes

About Sanctuary AI

Founded in 2018, Sanctuary builds humanoid robots and a novel control system for them that integrates symbolic logic and reasoning with data-driven robot foundation models. We use our robots to collect vision, audio, touch, and proprioception data from the perspective of the robot while they perform real-world work tasks. We use that data to train multimodal robot foundation models. Because our systems are vertically integrated, we can design, deploy, and refine at scale. Our mission is to create the world's first human-like intelligence in general-purpose robots.
