Job Description

In this role, you will act as a program lead, coordinating initiatives that embed consistent, fair and impactful performance practices across our global workforce. This role requires both program management oversight and hands on delivery, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and support of the overall growth and success of our team members across Sabre.

Must Have:
  • Partner with talent management leadership and other key stakeholders to plan, deliver and manage the annual performance management cycle globally.
  • Design and maintain scalable toolkits, training resources and communications to support global adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars and leader forums to equip People Business Partners (PBPs), team members, managers and senior leaders with confidence in applying the new process.
  • Support PBPs in embedding performance management into broader talent practices, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure on-time execution across geographies.
  • Track progress and prepare reports on completion, adoption and impact, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Respond to tickets for performance and talent management related inquiries in a timely manner, providing consistent guidance and support.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and partner with talent management leadership to streamline processes, update resources and provide additional training as needed for resolution.
  • Support related talent initiatives and contribute to special projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • A passion for contributing to a culture of performance and growth in fast paced, technology driven environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across cultures and levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience reporting on metrics and generating actionable insights from data.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage various projects.
  • Experience using Workday Talent preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
