Responsible for working with a team of developers to better understand the technology and understand requirements related to data and collection activities with the ability to report results to the customer. Responsible for being the liaison with operations to meet requirements and assess any data and outcomes resulting from operational activities. Responsible for working across and coordinating with multiple teams of developers and analysts to meet task order needs. Required Skills: * Researching and analyzing information to define or refine mission requirements * Developing information that will identify gaps in the strategic plan and technical baseline * Producing clear and concise briefing materials * Providing detailed expertise for the selected problem task given for a specific problem area * Analyzing requirements and development strategies from the basis of expert knowledge and provide opinions of feasibility and alternate solutions, where applicable * Understanding of computer, network, and microprocessor fundamentals * Understanding of cyber and analysis fundamentals Desired Skills: Chinese or other East Asian language skills YOE / Degree Requirements: Ten (10) years' experience as a TSA, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Must have an applicable Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or a directly related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
