PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti is seeking a Tax Associate for its Milan office. The role focuses on corporate crisis taxation, including tax/social security transaction proposals and tax planning for corporate restructurings within preventive compositions, debt restructuring agreements, and negotiated compositions. The professional will also support the team in managing activities related to crisis and insolvency regulation instruments, technical consultancies in corporate, insolvency, and accounting matters, and judicial administrations.

Must Have

  • Graduate in economic disciplines
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the field

Job Description

PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti is the Professional Firm member firm of the PwC network for legal and tax consulting. One of the main professional realities in the country, a gateway to connect to the international network and a global leader.

With a view to expanding the Tax department in the Milan office, PwC TLS is looking for a professional with a degree in economics who has gained 1 to 3 years of experience.

The activity will focus on corporate crisis taxation, with particular regard to so-called tax/social security transaction proposals and tax planning for corporate restructurings within preventive compositions, debt restructuring agreements, as well as, most recently, the institute of negotiated composition.

Furthermore, the resource will be required to support the team in the 360-degree management of all activities relating to:

  • instruments for regulating crisis and insolvency and judicial liquidations, also within the scope of appointments deriving from the Court of Milan;
  • negotiated composition for the solution of business crisis, also within the scope of appointments deriving from the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi;
  • technical consultancies in corporate, insolvency and accounting matters within civil disputes and/or criminal proceedings;
  • judicial administrations referred to in Legislative Decree 159/2011.
