Job Summary

As a Taxonomy Associate II, you will be responsible for maintaining, governing, and implementing Digital Audiences taxonomies globally. This involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders, creating new audiences based on demand, defining data rules, mapping third-party data, and monitoring segment performance. The role requires an experienced professional to drive complex projects and deliver impactful results.

Must Have

  • Assist with taxonomy management initiatives and projects by collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
  • Create new audiences and/or taxonomies where needed, based on opportunities and demand trends.
  • Define and upkeep to a high standard the rules and requirements of the data used to build audience segments.
  • Determine how data from third parties is mapped into Eyeota branded segments.
  • Inspect segment health and performance through routine auditing and monitoring of volumes and revenue.
  • Incorporate industry best practices and tools to improve workflows and protocols.
  • Support commercial teams with RFI's and questions from clients about segment composition.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital data ecosystem.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally with multiple teams.
  • Ability to prioritize between a multitude of projects and ad-hoc requests on a daily basis.
  • Self-motivated and can operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
  • Problem solving and critical/analytical thinking.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and working from home / in a remote working environment.

Good to Have

  • Taxonomy or Product Management or related experience.
  • Experience working in an international/global business environment.

Job Summary:

As Taxonomy Associate II, you will be primarily responsible for the maintenance, governance and implementation of our Digital Audiences taxonomies in partnership with various internal stakeholders (i.e. operational and commercial teams) across the globe. This role requires an experienced professional who can own and drive forward complex projects to deliver impactful results.

Essential Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with taxonomy management initiatives and projects by collaborating with Commercial teams, Supply and Data Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Data Operations and Business Operations.
  • Create new audiences and/or taxonomies where needed, based on opportunities and demand trends. Liaise with Data Partnerships, Acquisition and Product teams to ensure we have the data we need to build these.
  • Define and upkeep to a high standard the rules and requirements of the data used to build audience segments.
  • Determine how data from third parties is mapped into Eyeota branded segments, considering strategic value of data partners and using knowledge of their various data collection methods. This is updated and reviewed regularly.
  • Inspect segment health and performance through routine auditing and monitoring of volumes and revenue.
  • Incorporate industry best practices and tools to improve workflows and protocols that will streamline the various stages of the taxonomy’s lifecycle.
  • Support commercial teams with RFI's and questions from clients about segment composition.

Key Skills and/or Certifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the digital marketing industry (Ad Tech company, Platform, Publisher, Data Company).
  • Strong knowledge of the digital data ecosystem - the players and their respective market position.
  • Taxonomy or Product Management or related experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in an international/global business environment preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally with multiple teams.
  • Ability to prioritize between a multitude of projects and ad-hoc requests on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency with SQL is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and can operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
