Job Summary
Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Sales in Chennai. The role involves managing an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales targets and achieve corporate objectives. Responsibilities include building a database of key contacts, fostering relationships with clients, and managing category leads from qualification to closure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales enrollments and sales within the city, conducting market research to identify prospective customers, handling and motivating a sales team, and ensuring regular enrollments and usage. Strong networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within the specified areas are essential. The team member should also have experience in ensuring team members earn lucrative incentives.
