Job Description

Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Sales to focus on QR Code & Sound Box solutions in Proddatur. The role involves managing sales enrollments and driving sales within the city. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying prospective customers, managing and motivating a sales team, ensuring regular enrollments and usage, and building a strong network. The candidate will be responsible for managing a sales area to maximize targets, building a database of key contacts, and maintaining client relationships from qualification to closure. A zeal for growth, good market knowledge, and experience in channel sales with team handling are essential.

Education:
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.

Job Descriptions:
 Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
 Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers ,
 Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales ,
 Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.
 Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas

Key Role:
 Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate.
 Objectives Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
 Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel Manage Category leads from qualification to closure
