Technical Business Analyst

Cerence is seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves using technical data skills for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes across various sources to create visually compelling reports and dashboards in Power BI for the Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams. The analyst will identify trends, extract financial data from ERP for self-service reports, maintain the IR KPI Dashboard, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize integration and reporting across CRM, ERP, and CMS systems.

Must Have

• Extract, Transform, and Load data from various sources to create reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Identify trends and insights through data analysis to drive business growth.
• Extract financial and usage-based product data from ERP to create self-service reports with Role Level Security.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve the IR KPI Dashboard.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Systems IT, FP&A, and Sales to optimize integration and reporting across CRM, ERP, and CMS systems.
• Support ad-hoc data requests as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role.
• Prior experience working for a multi-national tech company.
• Working knowledge of the Enterprise B2B Sales Process, preferably within the software and/or automotive industry.
• Working knowledge of key Revenue Accounting principles (ACS 606).

• Extract financial and usage-based product data from our ERP to create self-service reports with Role Level Security that enable our sales organization.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve our IR KPI Dashboard.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Systems IT, FP&A and Sales to optimize integration and reporting across our CRM, ERP and CMS systems.
• Support ad-hoc data requests as needed

Required Technical Skills:
