Job Description

This role involves defining requirements, implementing, verifying, transferring support, and providing post-delivery support for biometric information monitoring systems, in-hospital networks, and related systems. It also includes collaborating with hospital IT departments, electronic medical record vendors, and network vendors, as well as providing technical sales support during business negotiations, all while adhering to the PHILIPS project implementation framework.

  • Provide technical sales support during business negotiations.
  • Perform delivery work in accordance with the PHILIPS project implementation framework.

【Required Experience/Skills / Desired Candidate Profile】

  • Over 3 years of BtoB experience in network or server infrastructure design, construction, and operation (network experience alone is acceptable).

  • Scope of change: All company locations. Possibility of transfer to any company location due to reassignment.
  • Working Hours: 9:00-17:30 (Break time: generally 12:00-13:00)
  • Flex-time system
  • Overtime work: Yes
  • Holidays: Every Saturday (scheduled holiday)/Sunday (legal holiday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 - January 4)
  • Salary: 5 million - 8 million JPY + 15% incentive
  • Incentive paid once a year (varies depending on company performance, department performance, and individual evaluation)
  • For those joining mid-year, daily pro-rata calculation applies for the eligible period.
  • Others:
