Job Description

This position offers you the opportunity to contribute to improving patient care through your technical expertise and exemplary service level with doctors, biomedical engineers, and radio manipulators. You will work on the imaging range, mainly in cardiovascular, conventional radiology, and ultrasound. The position is home-based in the Normandy sector, ideally located in Evreux.
Must have:
  • Perform preventive maintenance, quality controls, corrective maintenance, and assembly/installation operations at client sites.
  • Train users on equipment handling and upgrades.
  • Ensure the transmission of information related to your interventions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs.
Good to have:
  • First experience in maintenance of electronic equipment, ideally in a hospital environment.
  • Strong customer orientation, autonomy and organization
  • Excellent communication skills and good team spirit

Job Description

This position gives you the opportunity to

Participate in the improvement of patient care through your technical expertise and your exemplary level of service to doctors, biomedical engineers and radio manipulators.

You will work on the imaging range, mainly in cardiovascular, conventional radiology and ultrasound.

Position based in home office in the Normandy sector, ideally based in Evreux

Your main missions are

  • To intervene at client sites during preventive maintenance operations, quality controls, corrective maintenance and assembly/installation
  • To train users on equipment handling and upgrades
  • To ensure the transmission of information related to your interventions
  • To collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs

You are part of

A team of experienced technical managers from the Health Systems France division, reporting to the Technical Director of the West Sector. You interact daily with the commercial and clinical teams, focused on listening to the needs of doctors and hospital staff.

Your assets to succeed in this position

  • Higher education, biomedical or technical
  • First experience in maintenance of electronic equipment, ideally in a hospital environment
  • Strong customer orientation, autonomy and organization
  • Excellent communication skills and good team spirit
  • Good level required in English as in French
