Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to manage the renewal of service contracts for our international clients, in collaboration with sales teams, ensuring renewal deadlines are met. Key responsibilities include daily management of the renewal database, generating accurate quotes, handling price objections, and understanding client procurement processes. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel, with a focus on managing a high volume of renewals.
Must have:
  • Manage daily tasks for renewal database (creation, management, monitoring, maintenance).
  • Generate, review, and provide accurate renewal quotes to clients.
  • Identify and present price objections to management.
  • Understand and manage client procurement processes for timely renewals.
  • Request and review client purchase orders against renewal quotes.
  • Review and respond to client inquiries regarding renewal support.
  • Actively participate in weekly renewal status update meetings.

Mission

Your strengths for success

  • Higher education in business or equivalent.
  • More than 2 years of demonstrated experience in a customer contact role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively by phone and email.
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of renewals.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and ideally SAP, Zuora, and Salesforce.
  • Fluent English and French are imperative.
