Job Description
Responsible for executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans on equipment and machinery in production lines. Monitors deterioration recovery planning, implements improvements, modifications, and technical analysis. Generates follow-up reports that support analysis and strategy definition by superiors. Their work ensures the operational availability of equipment, product quality resulting from the mechanical process, and safety in the execution of their duties, promoting an incident-free environment.
Must Have:
- Control of HRI (Health, Reliability, Integrity) of equipment.
- Compliance with revisions established by the process CCP.
- Reporting, monitoring, and correction of anomalies.
- Execution of preventive maintenance on critical equipment.
- Control of intervention skills on critical equipment.
- Request and management of critical spare parts for the process.
- Control of changes in spare parts.
- Implementation of improvements aimed at cost reduction.
- Proper and responsible use of assigned resources.
- Application of energy saving initiatives.
- Compliance and progress reporting on PM, LLR, TPM, RD, and PDM plans.
- Execution of emergency maintenance and fault repair.
- Implementation of improvements to reduce MTTR.
- Preparation of daily fault reports.
- Prevention of recurrences and compliance with BDR.
- Execution of activities according to the 5RGSM standard and technical role.
- Review, maintenance, and recovery of risk conditions (SERI, SES, F-PES).
- Certification as a work leader in 5RGSM.
- Active promotion of the 5's culture.
- Safe operation of safety devices.
- Academic Background: Technician in Maintenance, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electronic or related.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of ladder diagrams.
- Technical Knowledge: Pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Technical Knowledge: Electrical circuits.
- Technical Knowledge: Use of manual and electrical tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Handling of measuring instruments (multimeter, megger, ammeter).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic vision systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Robot operation (basic to advanced level).
- Complementary Skills: Office suite management.
- Complementary Skills: Basic English. 200pts.
