Job Description

The Account Services Representative is responsible for multiple back-office activities related to titles, citations, customer letters and other post-sales actions that could be initiated by customers. With a 48-hour work week, the representative is expected to take on an assigned workflow and complete it with the highest quality. This role involves daily activity completion, effective team communication, process improvement proposals, and maintaining quality and productivity indicators.

  • Full Bachelor´s degree (preferred)
Must Have:
  • Complete daily activities without carry over.
  • Maintain effective communication with your team and senior lead to receive improvement opportunities to work on.
  • Detect and propose improvements to processes and systems in use.
  • Maintain assigned quality and productivity indicators.
  • Be willing to seek new opportunities for personal development and adapt to changes that may arise due to the department's needs.
  • The G08 representative will be able to process most of the activities assigned to the department; except for activities related to citations, ID theft and batches posting.
  • High School (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Office as well as a good comfort level adapting to new computer systems.
  • Fluent English, written and verbally

A Day in the Life:
