Lead Client Servicing Associate

The Interface Testing team is responsible for setting up client environments, testing with vendors, and onboarding clients onto the Enfusion Platform. They collaborate with Business groups/Product teams on new development and enhancements. Responsibilities include interacting with clients and technology providers, performing various tests on sample trade files across asset classes like Equity Trades, Swaps, Repos, FX, Stock Loans, and Listed Derivatives, communicating results, refining testing processes, and developing Enfusion application knowledge to identify and resolve issues, ensuring all jobs run correctly.

Must Have

• Experience in Trade Capture, trade booking functionality
• Familiarity with various asset classes in a middle office operations capacity
• Ability to create and improve processes and best practices
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Computer Science
• 5-8 Years of experience working in a middle office operations role

Good to Have

• Experience with Client onboarding or Client integration processes
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or Zendesk

Job Summary

The Interface Testing team is responsible for taking ownership of setting up client environments, testing with vendors and onboarding the client on to the Enfusion (a Clearwater Analytics company) Platform. The team will collaborate with the Business groups/Product team on new development and enhancements for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients/technology providers and project managers via email or telephone to understand and set up connectivity relationships between Enfusion and client’s Prime brokers / Fund Admins.
• Perform various types of tests on sample trade files of Equity Trades, Equity Swaps, Repos, FX, Stock Loans, and Listed Derivatives transactions. Ensure testing of Interfaces is complete and exhaustive across the entire product scope accounting for any corner case scenarios.
• Communicate results and issues on a timely basis via email or telephonic conversation to the Prime Brokers.
• Understand the test trade files and refine testing processes. Follow up with the internal team to fix the issues identified during trade testing.
• Develop and understand the Enfusion application to identify, isolate and quickly communicate the source of issues.
• Ensure all jobs, existing and new, are running correctly and any failures are being promptly addressed in a tactical and strategic manner.

Required Skills:

• Has experience in Trade Capture, trade booking functionality

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Computer Science
• 5-8 Years of experience working in a middle office operations role at a fund administrator, financial technology company, or complex asset manager
