Job Summary

Job Description

As a Technical Manager, you will lead a team of test and manufacturing engineers and technicians, organizing and coordinating their work. You will be responsible for introducing new processes and improving the efficiency of existing systems. Your tasks will include defining and overseeing the implementation of projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs, as well as analyzing technical problems and creating action plans. You will also be involved in developing and executing maintenance plans and KPIs, controlling maintenance costs, and liaising with project teams, maintenance, and equipment suppliers. Additionally, the role involves ensuring career goals are met through personalized talent management, working with Industry 4.0 solutions, and receiving perks like private health insurance, a fixed 13th-month salary, performance bonuses, cafeteria benefits, and working with a young team.
Must have:
  • Engineering degree (mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical)
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering or relevant leadership experience
  • Confident English language skills (spoken and written)

MILYEN FELADATOK VÁRNAK RÁD:

  • Teszt és gyártástámogató mérnökökből, illetve technikusokból álló csapat szakmai vezetése, munkájuk szervezése, koordinálása
  • Új folyamatok bevezetése, a meglévő rendszerek hatékonyságának növelése
  • Különböző termelékenységet növelő, illetve költségcsökkentő projektek definiálása és a végrehajtás szakmai ellenőrzése
  • Folyamathibák, műszaki problémák napi szintű elemzése, akciótervek meghatározása és a végrehajtás nyomonkövetése
  • Karbantartási terv és KPI-ok kialakítása, végrehajtása, karbantartási költség kontroll
  • Kapcsolattartás a projekt csapattal, karbantartással és a gépbeszállítókkal

AMIT TŐLED KÉRÜNK:

  • Felsőfokú mérnöki végzettség (elsősorban gépész-,  mechatronikai- vagy villamosmérnök)
  • Minimum 5 év mérnöki tapasztalat vagy releváns vezetői tapasztalat
  • Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
  • Vezetői kompetenciák, kommunikációs készség, hatékony elemző- és problémamegoldó képesség, szervezőképesség, folyamatos fejlődésre való törekvés

ELŐNY:

  • SMT/ összeszerelési területen szerzett tapasztalat
  • Vállalat irányítási szoftverek ismerete
  • Autóipari ismeretek
