Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to improving patient care through your technical expertise and exemplary service to doctors, biomedical engineers, and radiographers. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, quality controls, and installations on medical imaging equipment (IGT, DXR, CT), train users, and collaborate with sales teams. The role is based in Bordeaux with frequent travel in the Southwest region.
Must have:
  • Intervene with clients for preventive maintenance, quality controls, corrective maintenance, and assembly/installation on medical imaging equipment (IGT, DXR, CT).
  • Train users on equipment handling and upgrades.
  • Ensure transmission of information related to your interventions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs.
  • Higher biomedical or technical education.
  • First experience in maintenance of electronic, IT, or mechanical equipment, ideally in medical imaging.
  • Interest in technical aspects and IT networks.
  • Strong customer orientation, autonomy, and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and good team spirit.
  • Good level required in English and French.

Your missions:

  • Ensure the transmission of information related to your interventions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet client needs

You are part of

A team of experienced technical managers from the Health Systems France division, reporting to the Service Manager for the Southwest Sector. You interact daily with sales and clinical teams, focused on listening to the needs of doctors and hospital staff. You support our teams of technicians in their technical learning and customer service.

Position ideally based in Bordeaux. Frequent travel expected in the sector.

  • Higher biomedical or technical education
  • First experience in maintenance of electronic, IT or mechanical equipment, ideally in medical imaging
  • Interest in technical aspects and IT networks
