Job Description
Moon Active is a fast-growing mobile game company seeking a Technical Operation Specialist. This role involves working closely with Product and Monetization teams to manage and ensure the smooth running of all in-game events, promotions, marketing activities, and live A/B tests. The specialist will handle all technical aspects related to enabling these events both inside and outside the game, including setting up campaigns and controlling game features via the Back End system.
Must Have:
- Manage operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the game’s Back End system
- Ensure smooth running of all promotions, events and live tests
- Set up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system including managing assets and pricing configurations
- Enable/disable game features and events through the game’s Back Office system
- Work with monetization, economy and product teams
- Work with QA team to ensure campaign configurations are working in the live version
- Daily monitor on tests
- At least 1 year of experience in the tech or engineering field
- Technical background
- First degree in Industrial engineering or similar
- High management skills to prioritize workload
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong computer skills and ability to operate multiple applications/platforms simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Proactive, creative, with a drive to improve and continuously learn
- Availability to work off-hours if needed

As we expand, we're looking for a motivated and talented Technical Operation Specialist to join our rapidly growing Company.
As a Technical Operation Specialist you will work closely with our Product and Monetization teams to ensure the smooth running of all the events, promotions, marketing events and live A/B tests.
You will be in charge of all related technical aspects to enable Events & Promotions both inside and outside the game.
Responsibilities
- Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the game’s Back End system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, event and live tests
- Responsible for setting up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system including managing assets and pricing configurations
- Responsible for enabling/disabling game features and events through the game’s Back Office system
- Work with monetization, economy and product teams
- Work with QA team to make sure the campaigns configurations are working in the live version
- Daily monitor on tests
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the tech or engineering field.
- Technical background
- First degree in Industrial engineering or similar
- Hight management skills to enable prioritization of workload
- English proficiency both spoken and written
- Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
