As a Technical Program Manager, you will use your planning, organizational, and executional skills to help drive pivotal projects from ideation, strategy and completion, while ensuring deadlines are met or exceeded. • Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and expectation management.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
    • Ensure that technical deliverables meet quality standards and align with architectural guidelines and best practices.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and methodologies for enhanced project delivery.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, using metrics to track performance and guide decision-making.
    • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges as they arise.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software development, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile scrum and kanban.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
    • Experience working closely with engineering teams
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Willingness and flexibility to work with world wide teams
    • Demonstrated technical proficiency with a solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices, including knowledge of software architecture, development methodologies, and technical problem-solving.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams with proven ability to interpret and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
    • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, confluence.
    • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
