Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and lead complex technical projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Create detailed work plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources for successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and potential roadblocks. Ensure proactive risk management and issue resolution to keep projects on track.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Ensure team alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
• Technical Understanding: Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Understand the technical landscape and manage projects with an eye for technical feasibility and innovation.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines. Optimize resource allocation and ensure project financials are aligned with business expectations.
• Agile Methodologies: Promote and implement agile project management methodologies. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies as required.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and are aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development or IT environment.
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes, architectures, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
