As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing new business revenue in assigned territories, focusing on deals under $80K USD. You will proactively identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, manage the full sales cycle, respond quickly to client training requests, meet sales targets, maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, conduct market research, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams.
Must Have:
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish & English a plus.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Location: CAE São Paulo

Overview:
Are you a driven sales professional with a hunter mindset? Join CAE’s high-performing sales team and take charge of growing our footprint across Latin America and the Caribbean. As a Territory Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and closing new business opportunities for pilot and maintenance training solutions. This role is based in São Paulo and works closely with Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers to drive revenue and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow new business revenue in assigned territories, focusing on deals under $80K USD.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients across the region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to booking—ensuring a seamless handoff to the scheduling team.
  • Respond quickly to client training requests with tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform territory strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and agreements to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs and execution plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Portuguese; Spanish & English, strong plus.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in aviation or technical training.
  • Familiarity with FAR Part 91 and 135 operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal) and comfortable using CRM systems
