Experience in digital journalism or mass communication is preferred. The role involves working on the Food genre as well, in collaboration with the manager. This is a contract position offering hands-on experience in the entertainment industry.

The Sportskeeda entertainment division, SK Pop, is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join the team as Pop Culture listicle writer. As a writer, you will play a vital role in creating engaging content, contributing to its Music, K-Pop, Movies, and Shows section aimed at the US audience. You will also be required to collaborate with the manager to write for Food genre. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry and further develop your skills in content creation and digital marketing.
Key
Responsibilities
- Regularly writing long-form content
- Research, format, and source images for articles.
- Identify trending industry news via Google Trends and social media.
- Receive and work on feedback from the editorial team
- Communicate with the editorial team
- Suggest topics and keep up with the trends.
Requirements
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Broad knowledge of US Pop Culture.
- Background in journalism preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital journalism or mass communication.
