Job Summary
IO Interactive is seeking a skilled Tools Programmer for their Backbone team to enhance the proprietary Glacier engine. This role involves collaborating with artists, designers, and programmers to design, upgrade, and integrate user-friendly tools across multiple flagship projects, including James Bond game, Project Fantasy, and the HITMAN universe. The goal is to streamline workflows, enable faster experimentation, and deliver world-class gameplay.
Must Have

IO Interactive is looking for a skilled Tools Programmer to join our Backbone team and help power the tech behind our games. You’ll be working across multiple flagship projects - our James Bond game, 007 First Light, our ambitious Project Fantasy, and the HITMAN universe - building and evolving tools in our proprietary Glacier engine. Together with artists, designers, and programmers, you’ll create robust, user-friendly workflows that let our teams move faster, experiment more, and bring world-class gameplay to life.
What you will do:

Who you are:
- Have experience working in the gaming industry.
