Job Description

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Trainer to design and implement training programs, maintain records, and provide end-to-end training on state policies and data entry for Case Managers. The role involves preparing instructional materials, offering guidance, and developing a training reference library. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, training, and customer service skills, and 1-3 years in workforce development.
Must have:
  • Designs and implements didactic training and development programs
  • Maintains records of employee training outcomes and credentials
  • Provides end-to-end training of the State Policy Manual, SOP’s, and changes
  • Provides training for IMPACT Case Managers on data entry
  • Responsible for the preparation, design, and evaluation of training/instructional materials for staff training
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated training skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Familiarity with the communities being served with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
  • One to three years of experience in work development or related programs
  • Driver’s license in good standing
  • Valid automobile insurance

Essential job responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements didactic training and development programs and identifies external training curricula programs.
  • Maintains records of employee training outcomes and credentials.
  • Provides end-to-end training of the State Policy Manual, SOP’s, changes, etc.
  • Provides training for IMPACT Case Managers on data entry.
  • Responsible for the preparation, design, and evaluation of training/instructional materials for staff training.
  • Maintains records of employee training outcomes, certifications, and credentials.
  • Provides guidance and feedback as necessary.
  • Develops and maintains a training reference library and ensures employees are aware of materials available for their use.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated training skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with the communities being served with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.
  • One to three years of experience in work development or related programs.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Driver’s license in good standing.
  • Valid automobile insurance.
