Job Description

NEXTON is recruiting an UX/UI Designer for a permanent contract in Paris. The role involves working on user experience reflection and implementation, applying UX and UI expertise, and collaborating with Product Owners and Developers in an Agile environment to improve existing user journeys. The designer will be involved in all stages of product design, from understanding business needs to implementing user tests and analyzing data for continuous improvement.
Must have:
  • Understand business needs and translate user expectations into simple, effective, and engaging journeys.
  • Facilitate UX workshops (interviews, card sorting, user journeys, etc.) to co-build relevant solutions.
  • Analyze user feedback, data, and behaviors to formulate concrete improvement hypotheses.
  • Design interactive wireframes and prototypes for rapid testing and iteration.
  • Transform prototypes into clear, consistent, and attractive interfaces, respecting the Design System.
  • Work closely with developers, POs, and team members in an Agile framework.
  • Implement user tests and quantitative analyses post-launch to identify areas for improvement.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Mastery of Figma, Sketch, XD, and Adobe suite.
  • Ability to communicate and work in agile mode.

Job Description

NEXTON is recruiting an UX/UI DESIGNER F/M, on a permanent contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be involved in both the reflection of user experiences and their implementation. You will bring your UX and UI expertise and work hand-in-hand with Product Owners and Developers on improving existing journeys and their implementation, all in an Agile methodology.

Your missions:

You will be involved at all stages of design:

You will be involved at every stage of product design, from the idea to the pixel.

  • You understand business needs and know how to translate user expectations into simple, effective, and engaging journeys.
  • You facilitate UX workshops (interviews, card sorting, user journeys, etc.) to co-build relevant solutions with stakeholders.
  • You analyze user feedback, data, and behaviors to formulate concrete improvement hypotheses.
  • You design interactive wireframes and prototypes to quickly test your ideas and iterate with the product team.
  • You transform these prototypes into clear, consistent, and attractive interfaces, while respecting the Design System.
  • You work in close collaboration with developers, POs, and other team members within an Agile framework (rituals, sprints, iterations).
  • Once the product is online, you set up user tests and quantitative analyses to identify areas for improvement and readjust the experience if necessary.

Qualifications

With a good knowledge of UX and UI methods, you have at least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer that you have been able to implement on various projects.

Curious and passionate by nature, you constantly observe market evolution, design trends, and new technologies. Thus, you master interface design tools Figma, Sketch, XD, and the Adobe suite.

Your ability to communicate and work in agile mode, with Product Owners, Business, and Developer experts, is necessary.
