Job Description

Responsible to the Training Supervisor for delivering the O+EB Process and training to operational and indirect personnel, promoting adult education, executing STPS and Internal Control checks, generating training programs, systems, EOS, procedures, and instructions, and supporting HR OS compliance in the Business process.
Must Have:
  • Deliver O+EB Process and training to operational and indirect personnel.
  • Promote adult education for adults.
  • Execute STPS and Internal Control checks.
  • Generate training programs, systems, EOS, procedures, and instructions.
  • Support HR OS compliance in the Business process.
  • Create systems to optimize time.
  • Design and create network programs.
  • Optimize queries and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for O+EB program.
  • Deliver theoretical/practical training and apply exams.
  • Prepare DC-3 format and register in LAS electronic system.
  • Deliver training for skill development plan.
  • Prepare instructional material and training plans.
  • Control and document for compliance with internal EOS systems, audits, and legal requirements.
  • Support in training event logistics.
  • Coordinate and support education programs, liaison with INEA.

Training and Development Technician

Generic Description (Responsibility): Responsible to the Training Supervisor for delivering the O+EB Process and Training to operational and indirect personnel, promoting adult education, executing STPS and Internal Control checks, generating programs and systems, EOS, training procedures and instructions, and supporting HR OS compliance in the Business process.

General Functions

  • Delivery of the Orientation + Basic Training program for new hires.
  • Creation of systems to help optimize time.
  • Design and creation of network programs.
  • Optimize queries and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordination of the Orientation + Basic Training program.
  • Logistics of the O+EB program (Material, Instructors, and Rooms).
  • Delivery of Theoretical/Practical training.
  • Application of Theoretical/Practical exams.
  • Preparation of DC-3 Form.
  • Registration in the LAS electronic system.
  • Delivery of Training for the skill development plan of direct and indirect personnel.
  • Preparation of instructional material.
  • Preparation of training plans in conjunction with the areas involved.
  • Coordination of logistics (Invitations, Material, Instructors, and Rooms).
  • Registration in the LAS electronic system.
  • Support and follow-up on internal and legal systems.
  • Control and documentation for compliance with internal EOS systems.
  • Control and documentation for compliance with internal, external (BSI), and legal audits.
  • Support in the logistics of training events.
  • Support in the design of instructional material.
  • Coordination of room logistics.
  • Preparation of instructional material (attendance lists, event evaluation, etc.).
  • Coordination and support in education programs.
  • Liaison with INEA.
  • Support to INEA in schooling projects.
