Your role and responsibilities

As a Training & Information Advisor, your mission is to ensure that every employee in our P&P department has the necessary knowledge and competencies to be successful and can continue to develop.

Your tasks include the following components:

• You organize and guide training for new and existing employees within the purchasing department.
• You work with colleagues to identify training needs within the department and develop an action plan for this.
• You develop new training material and maintain existing working tools such as manuals, brochures, presentation material, ...
• You will be involved in training-related projects with the aim of critically questioning current working methods and improving them where necessary so that the training and trajectories offered meet the needs of the department.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus.
• You have logical reasoning skills and are critically minded.
• You have proven experience in giving training or you are interested in learning this.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You have a passion for giving presentations to groups.
• You preferably have a technical background and are not afraid to learn more about technology.
• You are a team player and work well with colleagues.
• You are strongly organized and work systematically.
• You are willing to travel abroad a few times a year as part of your job.
