Assistant Technical Incoming Inspection

As an Assistant Technical Incoming Inspection, you will be responsible for controlling, sorting, and preparing incoming parts to ensure efficient technical incoming inspection. This includes physically unpacking goods, checking quantities, visual inspection using system photos, applying correct TVH numbers, and registering brands. You will also be flexible to assist in other logistics departments, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to safety rules.

Must Have

• Control, sort, and prepare incoming parts for efficient technical incoming inspection.
• Physically remove parts and goods from packaging.
• Check the quantities of incoming items.
• Perform visual inspection of parts using photos in the system.
• Apply the correct TVH number to the parts.
• Register the correct brand in the system.
• Be flexible and polyvalent to assist in other logistics departments.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
• Respect safety rules and agreements.
• Be very accurate and disciplined in following instructions.
• Have a strong sense of quality, order, and cleanliness.
• Possess good knowledge of Dutch.
• Be motivated and reliable.
• Be flexible and a true team player.
• Be able to perform physically demanding work (e.g., lifting).
• Be willing to work in a flexible schedule.

Your role and responsibilities

You are responsible for checking, sorting and preparing incoming parts so that the technical incoming inspection can proceed efficiently. Your tasks include:

• Physically remove parts and goods from the packaging.
• Check the quantities.
• Visual inspection of the parts using photos in the system.
• Apply the correct TVH number to the parts.
• Register the correct brand in the system.
• You are flexible and polyvalently deployable to help in other (sub)departments within logistics.
• Clean up the workplace on your own initiative and keep it tidy.
• Respect safety rules and agreements.

Your profile

• You are very accurate and disciplined in following instructions.
• You have a sense of quality, order and cleanliness.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
• You are motivated and reliable.
• You are flexible and also a real team player.
• You are able to perform physically demanding work (e.g. lifting).
