As a candidate for a section leader, you will also be involved in training staff. You will work with discretion while communicating with people within the company. The main tasks include creating UI designs for existing projects, supervising UI design work produced at the Saga studio, supporting the development of young UI designers, training during internships, speaking at recruitment events, and building collaboration flows with Tokyo and Osaka locations.
