Ironbird Creations is a new studio based in Cracow. We currently have 40+ people on board, and we are looking for talented individuals who would like to join us on our journey to create fast-paced, engaging, combat-focused games.

We are seeking a talented Unity Developer to join our team in creating enjoyable gameplay with immersive mechanics for the game we are working on, Phantom Hellcat. You will work closely with our developement team, implementing new features and maintaining existing ones.

• Implementing new features and systems in the game (Unity, C#)
• Optimizing and debugging the game’s code
• Participation in creating the game’s architecture
• Creating technical documentation
• Helping artists in their engine-related tasks

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Unity Programmer
• Experience with working on at least one commercial project
• Ability to debug and optimize code
• Ability to write clear and concise tech documentation
• Being an open and positive team player who knows how to give and take feedback.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• English at the communicative level

• You are a creative person and want to pitch in during brainstorming sessions? That’s huge!
• You worked previously in jira/confluence – it will be easy for you to get on board with us.
